Online Help Desk
The RAVIN Online Help Desk is provided to NICS customers as component
of NICS product maintenance and support services.
With the purchase of a support services agreement on any of NICS products your organization will be
provided complete access to the NICS Online Help Desk utility.
Problem reporting, tracking and a final resolution are provided to our
customers automatically via the Online Help Desk utility. The Online Helpdesk utilizes TechExcel Customerwise and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 to seamlessly document, update and solve any customer issues or concerns. Due to the nature of design, the Helpdesk is very simple to use, but also very flexible and able to change on a per-customer basis.
