The RAVIN Online Help Desk is provided to NICS customers as component of NICS product maintenance and support services.

With the purchase of a support services agreement on any of NICS products your organization will be provided complete access to the NICS Online Help Desk utility.

Problem reporting, tracking and a final resolution are provided to our customers automatically via the Online Help Desk utility.
